Shivani Khosla
Associate
Shivani is an Associate in the Family team, with experience in all areas of private family law, including contentious and non-contentious matters and those with an international dimension.
She advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and the arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship. Shivani also advises on prenuptial agreements, as well as civil partnerships and cohabitation. Much of her work involves complex financial disputes and children matters.
Shivani completed her training contract with Farrer & Co and qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she read History at the University of Cambridge and studied the GDL and LPC at BPP University Law School. Shivani also completed a vacation scheme with the firm in 2017.
