Tasneem advises employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Her clients include businesses, schools, faith organisations, and senior executives.
Tasneem advises clients on employment law matters including employment litigation, terminations, settlement agreements, recruitment, safeguarding, and organisation policies. She has worked on matters before the Employment Tribunal, the High Court, and statutory inquiries. Tasneem has particular experience advising faith organisations and schools in regard to the Independent Inquiry on Child Sexual Abuse.
Tasneem qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 after completing her training contract at Memery Crystal. Prior to her training contract, Tasneem worked at Farrer & Co. as a paralegal in the Employment team.
