Victoria advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private businesses, service providers, financial institutions, private banks and wealth managers, investment funds, charities, shareholders and partners. She has a particular interest in the superyacht and business aviation sectors, assisting clients in navigating industry-specific legal complexities.

Victoria is valued for being commercially minded and thorough, working closely with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their goals. She is adept at handling significant, personally sensitive or business-critical disputes. Her work includes securing successful outcomes at trial, robustly dissuading potential claimants from issuing proceedings, obtaining injunctive relief, setting aside worldwide freezing orders and negotiating commercial settlements.

Victoria's work often has an international dimension, and she is particularly skilled at coordinating proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Notably, she acted for an ultra-high-net-worth individual in the defence of a multi-billion claim spanning the English, BVI, Cayman Islands, India and ADGM Courts, successfully challenging jurisdiction and representing the client before the ADGM Court of Appeal.

Representing a UHNW Portuguese investor in a multi-million claim in the High Court against the directors and owners of an Estonian property investment company in which our client was seeking specific performance of an English law Call Option Agreement.
