Our Responsible Business strategy goes beyond words - it's about embedding our values and purpose into tangible actions that resonate throughout the firm. Through partnerships like our collaboration with Neighbourly and many other community initiatives, we make it easy for anyone at Farrer & Co to contribute to causes that matter. Whether it’s supporting local communities or driving sustainability efforts, our commitment to responsible business is something every individual at Farrer & Co can be part of.
This commitment isn’t just about the initiatives we undertake – it’s a deeply embedded part of our culture, shaped over decades of purposeful action. For example, the Farrer & Co Charitable Trust was established (by the partners) over 40 years ago to support charities that alleviate rough sleeping in Lincoln’s Inn Fields. Since then, the Trust has broadened its impact, such as increasing access to justice and making donations to charitable work undertaken by members of the firm.
From bake offs and jumper days to London walks and reading with school children, there are a plethora of ways to get involved with community impact at Farrers. At its core, Farrers is committed not only to giving back to the wider community, but also to providing each of our colleagues with the opportunity to be a part of this.
