Farrer & Co advises Hypothesis Group LLC on its acquisition by Elixirr

Farrer & Co has advised Hypothesis Group LLC on its acquisition by Elixirr, a global consulting firm based in the UK, for $45 million of cash and rollover equity.

Farrer & Co acted as UK legal adviser to Hypothesis, a Los Angeles-based insights and strategy firm with a particular focus on the consumer, technology and entertainment industries. The legal advisers on the sale were led by Sklar Kirsh in the US, alongside Greenberg Glusker.
