Iman is an employment lawyer advising both employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
Iman advises on all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation, contracts and settlement agreements. Clients she works with include universities, schools, sports organisations, businesses, charities and individuals.
Iman regularly writes articles for the WorkLife blog and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She volunteers for the Mary Ward Advice Centre to provide pro bono legal advice and is also the Secretary to the Westminster and Holborn Law Society's International Committee.
Iman qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 after completing her training contract at Farrer & Co. Prior to joining the firm, Iman worked for several years in the charity sector. She also worked for three years as a paralegal in an education specialist law firm. Iman studied Media, Culture & Society at the University of Birmingham, before completing the GDL and the LPC at BPP Law School in London.
