Rhona Egerton

Rhona has experience acting for clients in complex and high-value disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. This includes claims before the Administrative Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She has also acted for clients in commercial arbitration matters under the rules of the ICC and LCIA. Recognising that court proceedings are not desirable or appropriate in many cases, Rhona’s focus is on achieving commercially sensible outcomes for her clients, and has varied experience supporting clients during mediations and negotiating settlement agreements.

Before joining Farrer & Co, Rhona practiced as an associate for three years at a Magic Circle law firm, where she had completed her training contract. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2020.
