Rosie works with long standing clients of the Property team assisting with acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters throughout the UK.
Rosie works on property management matters from acquisition through to disposition as well as financing. Recent examples of Rosie's work include
- Assisting on a complex refinancing of a block of recently developed central London residential flats atop a commercial premises
- The sale of a golf club business which held the property on a number of complex leasehold interests requiring a high level of vendor due diligence alongside the Corporate team, and
- The temporary relocation of a not-for-profit organisation to enable the redevelopment of their current premises.
Her practice also focuses on her clients' leasehold management issues. Rosie's clients include experienced investors such as institutional landowners and property funds but also individuals and organisations with very little experience of the UK property market. A number of her clients are based offshore giving Rosie's practice an international element.
Rosie qualified into the Commercial Property team in September 2017 having completed her training at Farrer & Co.
