Sam is a trusted adviser to clients across the commercial, education and not for profit sectors. He is a data protection specialist with expertise across the full range of GDPR compliance issues and managing complex information rights requests.

He also advises on the protection, transfer and commercialisation of IP rights, often in the context of commercial collaborations and corporate due diligence exercises where IP and data are central.

Having worked in senior roles in government and communications before becoming a lawyer, Sam brings a wider perspective to bear in his legal advice, understanding the complex contexts and issues facing organisations.
