Anisha specialises in non-contentious intellectual property and commercial matters, with a particular focus on advising clients in the university, research and life sciences sectors. She also has a keen interest in the non-for-profit sector, including regularly advising leading charitable and cultural organisations.

Anisha advises on a range of intellectual property assets, often in the context of a transaction relating to the exploitation and protection of IP rights, including licensing arrangements, collaboration, distribution, sponsorship and R&D agreements. She also advises on trade mark registrations.

Anisha has experiences advising on the subsidy control regime and the re-use of public sector information regulations.

Before joining Farrer & Co, Anisha worked for the British Museum as a trainee curator and as Sackler Scholar of Ancient Iran.

Memberships & Accolades

On completion of her legal studies, Anisha was awarded the Gamlen Prize for outstanding performance.

She holds an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a curatorial diploma from the British Museum.

Anisha was Honorary Secretary of Westminster and Holborn Law Society.
