Henry is involved in advising charities and not-for-profits on a range of issues, including matters relating to governance, grant-making, and strategic concerns.
Henry’s recent work includes providing assistance to clients in the establishment and registration of new charities. He has also advised charities conducting activities overseas, along with charities engaging in mergers and other constitutional changes.
Henry carries out work for a wide of variety of clients, including cultural institutions, educational charities, and environmental organisations.
