Lauren is a driven, commercially-minded employment lawyer who strives to provide an excellent client service. She advises on all aspects of employment law representing both employers and senior executives.

Lauren specialises in both contentious and non-contentious matters with particular experience in Employment Tribunal matters, TUPE and day-to-day Employee Relations advice.

On the Court and Tribunal side, Lauren has managed matters for both employers and employees in cases of unfair dismissal, discrimination, employment status disputes, breach of contract, claims arising in the context of large-scale redundancies and TUPE disputes. On the advisory side, Lauren often advises in relation to redundancies and restructures, disciplinary and grievance processes, settlement agreements and senior executive terminations. For senior executives, she has advised on the negotiation of exit packages involving complex bonus and incentive schemes and on restrictive covenants and team moves involving High Court injunctions.

Lauren is also a member of the firm’s Safeguarding Unit and advises on safeguarding matters with particular experience in supporting schools both in relation to staff disciplinary matters involving safeguarding breaches and pupil welfare and the interaction with parents.

Lauren regularly delivers training alongside other members of the Employment team and is a regular contributor to the team’s WorkLife blog.

Lauren is professional and approachable and is focused on delivering complex advice in plain English.  

Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
