He works closely with a variety of key stakeholders involved in insolvency processes and restructuring mandates, including insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders, debtors, and creditors.
He has expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He advises clients in a wide range of sectors including private businesses, property investors, private banks, and charities. Zaid’s experience includes regularly advising company directors on the available options during periods of financial distress. He is also regularly asked to advise insolvency practitioners on a wide range of insolvency processes including liquidations, administrations, receiverships, and bankruptcies. He regularly advises landlords on the implications of tenant insolvency.
Zaid enjoys working collaboratively with key stakeholders involved in insolvency processes to find pragmatic solutions to complex, time-sensitive issues.
