Farrer & Co has advised the members of WHEB Asset Management LLP on its acquisition by Foresight Group Holdings Limited, a leading investment manager headquartered in London, with operations across the UK, Europe and Australia.

WHEB Asset Management is a specialist asset management firm and leading provider of impact investment strategies focused on listed equities. In 2024, WHEB’s flagship listed equity impact fund was the first to secure a Sustainability Impact label under the FCA’s Sustainability Disclosure Requirements.

WHEB was also advised by Spencer House Partners, a corporate advisory firm which specialises in advising companies operating in financial services, including asset management businesses.
