Hannah is an employment lawyer with experience of advising clients from a variety of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Hannah joined Farrer & Co in January 2020, having qualified into the Employment team at one of the largest global law firms in 2017.
Hannah has provided support on complex employment law issues to clients across a range of sectors including those in financial services, consumer goods, retail and hospitality. Her focus is providing commercial advice, which is tailored to the business or individual she is advising.
Hannah is experienced in advising on a wide spectrum of HR matters including disciplinary processes, grievances, settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE and restructures. Hannah’s litigation experience involves acting for clients in the Employment Tribunal, advising on claims including whistleblowing, discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal. She has also advised companies on their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
