Hannah advises senior executives and employers from a variety of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Hannah supports senior employees, LLP members and partners, and directors from entry to exit, tailoring her technical and commercial advice to put her client in the best position to achieve their objectives. She combines her empathetic and pragmatic approach to advise senior executives in relation to complex employment law issues, including negotiating employment contracts and exit terms, advising during investigations, discrimination and whistleblowing claims and advice relating to team moves and post-termination restrictions.
Hannah has advised LLP members from a range of sectors including in relation to restrictive covenants and team moves, partner discrimination and rights of expulsion.
Hannah is also experienced in advising employers on a wide spectrum of HR matters including disciplinary processes, grievances, settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE and restructures. Her extensive litigation experience includes acting for clients in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, advising on claims including whistleblowing, discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal.
Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined the Employment team at Farrer & Co in January 2020.
