Tess Hulton
Associate
Tess advises on all aspects of private family law, both contentious and non-contentious, including divorce and separation, the negotiation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and children law proceedings. She has a broad range of experience in financial remedy cases, often with an international dimension and involving complex asset structures.
Prior to joining Farrer & Co in 2021, Tess read Classical Archaeology and Ancient History at the University of Oxford. Upon graduating she worked at a bank and an auction house, before studying the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.

Tess is Chair of Westminster & Holborn Law Society’s Social Media and Publicity Committee.
Tess is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers and other professionals who believe in a constructive and pragmatic approach to family law matters.
