Andrew’s UK clients include owner-run property companies and public and private companies. His practice also encompasses many UK property funds and not-for-profit organisations, such as the Charities Property Fund, religious orders and schools.
He advises a broad spectrum of clients on a range of property acquisition, disposal and financing matters. His expertise in development schemes includes regeneration projects, mixed-use schemes, and city or town centre commercial developments (often as joint ventures).
Almost half of his client base is international. An increasing number have operations in the Far East, Middle East or Channel Islands.
Andrew is a familiar face in the industry: He is a member of the Westminster Property Association and the Investment Property Forum, and regularly attends property conferences including MIPIM.
Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1989.
