Krista assists with all aspects of commercial property transactions and has experience of working for large multinational corporations, trust companies and funders as well as charities. She takes a pragmatic, commercial approach assisting to get client's transactions over the line efficiently whilst providing targeted client focused advice.

Krista is an associate in the Farrer & Co Commercial Property team.

She takes a flexible approach and advises clients in the way that will most suit their situation. Clients range from individual investors to out of town developers as well as large charitable organisations. Working closely with the banking and corporate teams at Farrer & Co, Krista has assisted multinational corporates buying and selling property assets by way of share or asset sales and banks who wish to secure lending against property. Krista also has experience of acting for borrowers who wish to raise finance for development or simply reinvestment.

Krista has worked on some of London's most iconic museums and landmarks as well as lesser known but equally impressive sites, such as the UK's largest office park – situated near Newcastle.

Krista adopts a responsive and commercial approach – always keeping the client's specific business needs at the forefront of any transaction and ensuring that regular updates are provided.

Krista qualified as a solicitor in 2011.

  • A keen cyclist – Krista took part in Legal & General's PedElle cycle ride 2017, where she cycled 300 miles with 40 other female property professionals from Porto to Lisbon. She raised over £1,300 for charity.
