Will is an associate in the Farrer & Co Disputes team.

He advises on all stages of the litigation process, from initial case analysis through to trial, including assisting with settlement options at various stages where appropriate.

Will works on a variety of disputes, including commercial issues, debt recovery, trust and will matters. His clients range from both commercial and not-for-profit organisations, to individuals and families.

Will also assists on political asylum claims, human rights applications and immigration appeals. These are often high-level protection cases involving cross-jurisdictional elements. Will frequently works alongside multiple teams of lawyers in the UK and globally, such as extradition and Interpol specialists.

Will qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

  • Will is involved in several pro bono projects: he advises at legal clinics, offering advice to people on a range of issues, including debt and housing matters, family and domestic violence problems, and anti-trafficking. He also has spent time in the USA working for a capital defence organisation, assisting and advising indigent clients on death row.
