Charities podcast – the importance of getting workplace investigations right
Podcast
In our latest podcast, Rachel Lewis, a partner in our Employment team, is joined by fellow partner in the Employment team, Maria Strauss, and Lauren Bennett, an associate in the team to discuss investigations and tips for handling these correctly.
We know that the charity sector, in common with many other types of organisations, are often involved in investigations both on a large scale involving lots of witnesses as well as lower key investigations, which can of course always produce a multitude of issues for HR and trustees.
Whatever the scale of the investigation, they are hugely important to get right for a number of reasons which we explore in this podcast.
