Farrer & Co has advised S-Ventures Plc on its acquisition of the business and assets of Livia’s Health Foods Limited. Livia’s is a manufacturer of natural, plant-based snacks and treats. Livia’s range of gluten and dairy free products are stocked in major UK retailers.
The acquisition of Livia’s adds to S-Ventures’ growing stable of health food businesses, following the acquisition of Pulsin Limited in the summer of 2021. Scott Livingston, S-Ventures Chief Executive Officer commented:
