Farrer & Co is proud to share that 19 of our solicitors have been recognised as having given 25 hours or more of their time to pro bono work in 2025, almost double the number of our solicitors featured on the 2025 list.

Set up under the sponsorship of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee, endorsed by the Lady Chief Justice and with the support of the Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations, the Pro Bono Recognition List celebrates the valuable contribution of individual lawyers at firms and organisations of all sizes who provide pro bono legal help.

The following Farrer & Co solicitors feature on the Pro Bono Recognition List 2026:

We would also like to thank the following trainee solicitors that have completed 25 hours or more of pro bono work during 2025:

Rhian Lewis, Head of Pro Bono and Counsel at Farrer & Co said:

“We are pleased that so many of our volunteers have been recognised for their commitment to pro bono and the work they have done to increase access to justice for individual clients and support organisations to strengthen their governance and further the critical work they do in our community. Last year, our volunteers have done a range of work – providing legal advice to an organisation that aims to empower domestic abuse survivors, preparing and filing a submission with the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers, and delivering training on third-party interventions for a global LQBTQIA+ human rights organisation.”
